An Annual General Meeting of the Save Delta Hospital Society (the “Society”) will be held on Thursday April 24, 2008 at 7 p.m. (Pacific Daylight Time) at the Coast Tsawwassen Inn, Tsawwassen British Columbia
This Annual General Meeting of the Society is called for the following purposes:
• to elect the directors of the Society;
• to conduct normal business as per the Society by-laws;
• to ratify and approve changing the name of the Society; and
• to ratify and approve changes to the constitution of the Society; and
• to be briefed and subsequently discuss the status of the agreement between SDHS and the FHA regarding the formation of the Delta Healthcare Association [DHA]; and
• to be briefed and subsequently discuss the status of the DHA; and
• to transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
